It started with a conversation. Ravi and Nasser, two founders in Vizag, met and realized they had the same problem. Building a business is exciting, but it's also incredibly isolating. So one Sunday morning in February 2026, we decided to do something about it. We put together a simple breakfast meetup. No agenda, no pitch decks, no formality. Just founders sitting at one table at Varun Eats, talking about what they're building, what's working, what's not, and what they're struggling with.

We expected maybe four or five people. Over ten showed up. Founders from completely different industries. And the conversations that happened that morning were more valuable than any webinar or networking event we'd ever attended. People were sharing real numbers, real failures, real advice. By the end of breakfast, everyone had set personal goals and agreed to hold each other accountable at the next meetup.

Vizag has incredible talent. People here are building real businesses, solving real problems. But there's no dedicated space for founders to connect consistently. You either end up in a WhatsApp group that goes silent after a week, or you attend a one-off event and never see those people again.
